3. Shipping

All paintings are shipped from Ukraine via reliable international courier services with tracking and shipment insurance.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your artwork.

Order processing time for European Union countries is typically 1–5 business days.

Important: For shipments outside the EU, processing time may take up to 10 business days due to the preparation and approval of export documentation required for international transportation of artworks. During holiday periods, processing may take longer due to increased courier service workload.
