Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Golden Space. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery to contact us about initiating a return. After 14 business days have passed, the sale is considered final and no return requests will be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us at golden.gs.space@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 business days of delivery
  • The buyer must provide the order confirmation number

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the artwork shows signs of damage, alteration, or wear caused by the buyer.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The artwork must be shipped back using a tracked and insured courier service. Golden Space is not responsible for artwork lost or damaged during return transit.

We recommend using the same type of packaging and courier service that was used for the original delivery to ensure the painting arrives safely.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days
  • The refund amount will include the price of the artwork only; original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the painting is received in a damaged condition (caused during return shipping), the refund may be partially reduced to cover restoration costs

6. Damaged or Defective Artwork

In the event that the painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. The following steps apply:

  • The buyer must provide photographic evidence of the damage, including photos of the packaging
  • For minor damage, we will provide instructions for repair
  • For major damage requiring professional restoration, the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a qualified professional in your area

If more than 7 business days have passed without notification, or if the buyer fails to provide the required photographic evidence and supporting information, the insurance claim will be forfeit. In such cases, any repair costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork created specifically for the buyer
  • Artwork marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Any artwork that has been altered, framed, or modified by the buyer after delivery

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an artwork for a different piece, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at golden.gs.space@gmail.com . After 24 hours, the order enters processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

For custom or commissioned works, cancellation terms may differ and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

10. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a return or refund request, you may contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and in good faith.

For buyers within the European Union, you may also file a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
